Self Pay

Some of our patients have no insurance benefits or only partial coverage for Infertility treatment. We understand the additional stress that financial concerns can cause and at FCI we make every effort to assist our patients in crossing this hurdle.

If you do not have insurance coverage for services, payment is required at the time of service. At that time we can offer you a prompt pay discount of 5% off all treatment and procedures except laboratory tests. Additionally, we offer a discounted package rate for IVF treatment.
