Unlike women, men are seldom given the diagnosis of "unexplained infertility." When a man's sperm count, mobility and motility are normal, he is considered fertile. From the perspective of traditional healing practices, however, it is clearly taught that it takes two to make a baby. Practices like saving up "jing," improving the diet, and learning to de-stress can make a man more fertile. Join PDtM practitioner Lisa Seaman for a fun, interactive lecture on maximizing your fertile potential as a couple with simple concepts from martial arts, yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
