Fertility Centers of Illinois (FCI) is pleased to announce our participation in a new clinical research study sponsored by Granata Bio: The GRACE Study — Human Menopausal Gonadotropin Research in Infertility Assessing Cumulative Live Birth with Frozen Transfer.

Study Overview
This multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study will be conducted exclusively at FCI’s River North Center for Reproductive Health in Chicago, and aims to evaluate cumulative live birth outcomes in women undergoing IVF/PGT-A/FET treatment.
Eligible participants will receive two complementary IVF/PGT-A cycles and up to three frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles, including all medications required for the IVF and FET process.
Study subjects will be randomized: placebo is age dependent as follows:
Note: Randomization occurs in the FIRST IVF CYCLE ONLY. All patients that enter IVF cycle #2 will receive active drug.
Enrollment: Begins November 2025
