DNA Fragmentation
WHAT IS IT? DNA fragmentation testing evaluates sperm DNA for damage that may affect sperm function and reduce fertility. The semen sample is analyzed to determine the percentage of sperm with fragmented or damaged DNA.
WHAT IT MEANS? Sperm DNA damage may be caused by lifestyle factors (such as smoking, drug use, or obesity), anatomical abnormalities (including varicocele), chronic illness, injury, or environmental pollutants. In some cases, lifestyle changes may improve sperm function.

Testicular Sperm Extractions
WHAT IS IT? We can perform complex testicular sperm extractions (TESE and micro-TESE) and harvest sperm for fertilization of a female patient’s eggs. Our adjacent laboratory provides real-time evaluation of the specimen, allowing the clinical and lab teams to work together to optimize patient outcomes.
WHAT IT MEANS? When no sperm are found in the semen (azoospermia), it does not always mean sperm are absent. In many cases, sperm remain within the testicles and can be carefully retrieved using microsurgical techniques for use in IVF or ICSI.

HSG
WHAT IS IT? The HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Test is an important diagnostic procedure used to evaluate a woman’s uterus and fallopian tubes.
WHAT IT MEANS? It helps detect blockages, abnormalities, or issues that may affect fertility. This X-ray test, performed with a contrast dye, plays a vital role in infertility investigations and guides the right treatment plan.
Stay tuned…. we will be sharing more on the new services and how they help patients.
