Why do you want to share your story?
To give hope and to let people know not to give up.
What led you to Fertility Centers of Illinois?
We experienced multiple miscarriages, the stillbirth of our first daughter, and then secondary infertility. We had several friends who went to FCI and had so many positive experiences.
How would you describe your experience with your physician?
Dr. Rodgers is amazing. She had so much positivity and trust that we would be successful. She made us feel confident she would help us have a child.
What helped you get through treatment?
The support of our friends and family. Trusting the process and never giving up even with setbacks.
Do you have any words of hope for others?
Go into this process with a positive attitude and don’t give up when things get tough. It is incredibly hard, but you have to have faith that your dreams will come true. Reach out to others who are going through the same thing whether that be in person, support groups or even social media.
Tell us about your little miracle!
Our daughter turned two years old at the beginning of November. She is sassy, independent, hilarious and the sweetest child. It’s like she knows how hard we tried for her. She is extra snuggly and loving. We are so thankful to FCI.
