Donors & Surrogacy
Options for building your family

Your miracle is our mission.
Our goal at Fertility Centers of Illinois is to make it as easy as possible for our patients to realize their dream of having a baby. As one of the nation’s leading infertility treatment practices, Fertility Centers of Illinois’ Center for Collaborative Reproduction was designed specifically for patients using egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, or surrogacy (gestational carrier) to build their family.
The Center for Collaborative Reproduction was developed with you in mind. As our patient, you’ll have access to our unique in-house egg donor program, with dozens of prescreened donor candidates exclusively for our patients. Our team of collaborative reproduction experts will walk you through the complexities of the donor and surrogacy treatment process from start to finish to ensure every detail is managed efficiently and with ease.
Using an Egg Donor
Fertility Centers of Illinois’ Center for Collaborative Reproduction provides you with the information and support you need throughout your journey using an egg donor. Our experienced team members and staff psychologists will guide you through your egg donation selection process.
There are several options to find the candidate that is the best fit. Fertility Centers of Illinois has its own unique in-house donor program of medically and psychologically prescreened egg donor candidates for your treatment. Our easy-to-use, secure online database allows you to search through the donor profiles for specific criteria such as ethnicity, education, or physical appearance.
Our center can accommodate you with both the fresh donor egg option and frozen donor egg option.
Using a Sperm Donor
Our Center for Collaborative Reproduction provides all the tools you need to select and build your family using sperm donation. You may choose donor sperm through a licensed cryobank or you can choose someone you already know. All sperm donors undergo extensive medical and psychological screening prior to the donation. We work closely with several accredited sperm banks, most of which will allow you to browse or search donors by their physical characteristics, ethnicity, and educational background.
Using a Surrogate or Gestational Carrier
The Center for Collaborative Reproduction offers you comprehensive guidance and services for your surrogacy (gestational carrier) treatment. Surrogates are always known candidates. You may already have a surrogate (gestational carrier) in mind that you’d like to use for your treatment, or you can choose one with the help of a surrogacy agency. We offer emotional, psychological, and financial counseling for your surrogacy treatment. We will provide you thoughtful guidance and compassionate support throughout your journey to becoming a parent.
