A discussion with and for physicians
Please join us as we discuss fertility treatment and pregnancy in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are excited to have a diverse panel sharing best practices as they apply to screening and treating infertility during this time. Our panel consists of Christopher Sipe, M.D., Jennifer Hirshfeld-Cytron, M.D./MSCI, Tiffany Edwards, Ph.D., M.P.H., Samuel Ohlander, M.D. and Kevin Madsen, M.D.
Dr. Ohlander is a urologist at UIC Health in Chicago and Dr. Madsen is a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician at DuPage Medical in Glen Ellyn. They will review and help make sense of the data regarding pregnancy outcomes from COVID-19 exposure.
At the end, our psychologist Tiffany Edwards, Ph.D., M.P.H., will review approaches to meet the emotional needs of patients during this time. She will review ways to address uncertainty and stress that can uniquely impact infertility patients in the pandemic.
